I love the sense of community, especially when neighbours get together, to celebrate Christmas and Easter, watch grand finals or scare each other at Halloween! We were also nominated as one of the friendliest streets in Townsville, which is credit to the fact that everyone at Kalynda Chase is willing to lend a hand and be supportive to their neighbours in the community.

I love the location of Kalynda Chase! It is so close to the Willows Shopping Centre and Cannon Park, as well as all the convenience Kirwan has to offer. There is such a great choice of public and private schools and day care centres nearby, along with all your needs such as; medical centres, cinemas, a football stadium, restaurants, clubs and pubs, a free swimming pool, ten pin bowling, skating, indoor cricket and sporting fields- just down the road! Our families get to enjoy these amenities without the hustle and bustle, everything is on their doorstep.

I love to see our families making use of our outdoor facilities! We have 28 hectares of parks and green spaces which are linked by 10km of walking paths leading to gazebos, picnic tables, BBQs and playgrounds. It is also great to see everyone making use of the exercise circuit, new outdoor gym, and of course the dog park which is always popular!
