FITNESS CLASSES – BOOT CAMPS – PERSONAL TRAINING
Boot Camp Transform runs boot camps, kickboxing, yoga classes and personal training sessions out of the Kalynda Chase Tennis Centre.
Boot camp runs 6 days a week at 5.50am and is suitable for any fitness level and any age. Boot camp combines weights and cardio for the perfect workout; increasing your strength and promoting weight loss.
Details: x3 1hr sessions a week for a 6 week period = $220.00 (includes a health and fitness assessment)
Kickboxing classes are run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. These are fun sessions invloving boxing workouts to increase your cardio fitness.
Details: $10 per 1hr session (conducted on the tennis courts)
Stretch classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5.30am and run for 20mins. These sessions are available to everyone in the area and help increase flexibility and balance.
A mixture of pilates and yoga, yilaties is a great way to increase your core strength, flexibility and balance. Classes are run Mondays at 6.45pm and Saturdays at 8.00am. Please sign up prior to each class.
