Are there any bus connections available?

A new public bus route has launched, connecting Kalynda Chase (with 3 stops along Kalynda Parade) direct to Willows Shopping Centre (Thuringowa Central). This convenient bus service provides a link to many essential services such as the city, hospitals, and James Cook University.

What services are available on site?

Electricity, telephone, gas, sewer, internet (ADSL) are all available on site. NBN is also available for all lots from Stage 9 onwards.

The local council will ultimately be responsible for landscaping after an initial establishment period by Urbex. However careful consideration has ensured the vegetation requires a low level of care.

It’s a great place to play tennis, relax and meet new friends. World class tennis programs are available at the centre for kids and adults of all ages and standards including:
