The Federal Government announced the Homebuilder program will be extended to the 31st March 2021.

New build contracts signed prior to the December deadline will still be eligible for the $25,000* existing grant. Contracts signed between 1st January and 31^st March 2021 will be eligible for a $15,000* grant. The incentives increase up to $35,000* plus stamp duty concessions for first home buyers as the Federal Home Builder grants can be used in conjunction with the Queensland Governments $15,000* First Homeowners Grant and the $5000* regional home building boost for selected regions, including Townsville.
